Overview

The MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72/74, and NCV33072/74A series single monolithic op-amps are built on a high-quality bipolar manufacturing process with innovative design concepts. Without relying on JFET device technology, this series delivers a 4.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product, 13 V/µs slew rate, and fast settling time. Although the series supports dual-supply operation, it is particularly well-suited for single-supply applications, as the common-mode input voltage range includes ground potential (VEE). The Darlington input stage provides high input resistance, low input offset voltage, and high gain. The all-NPN output stage features crossover distortion-free dead-band elimination and large output voltage swing, offering high capacitive drive capability, excellent phase and gain margins, low open-loop high-frequency output impedance, and symmetrical source/sink AC frequency response. The MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72/74, and NCV33072/74A series are available in standard or enhanced performance (suffix A) grades, with specifications defined over commercial and industrial/automotive temperature ranges. The complete single, dual, and quad op-amp family is offered in plastic DIP, SOIC, QFN, and TSSOP surface-mount packages.
