The 800 V SUPERFET III MOSFET is a high-performance MOSFET family from onsemi, offering an 800 V breakdown voltage. The new 800 V SUPERFET III MOSFET is optimized for primary-side switching in flyback converters. Its optimized design reduces switching losses and case temperature without compromising EMI performance. In addition, an integrated Zener diode significantly enhances ESD capability. This new 800 V SUPERFET III MOSFET family delivers outstanding performance in SMPS applications such as laptop adapters, audio, lighting, ATX power supplies, and industrial power supplies, enabling designs that are more efficient, more compact, cooler-running, and more reliable.
