The NUP4114 ESD protection diode array is designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD. Ultra-low capacitance and high-level ESD protection make these devices ideal for USB 2.0 high-speed applications. The new NUP4114 is a low-capacitance ESD diode array designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment such as communication systems, computers, and computer peripherals from damage caused by ESD events or transient overvoltage conditions. Its low capacitance makes it suitable for high-speed I/O data lines. The NUP4114 features an integrated design that incorporates low-capacitance steering diodes and ESD diodes in a single package (TSOP-6). In the event of a transient condition, the steering diodes redirect the transient current to the positive rail or ground of the power supply. The device protects power lines from overvoltage conditions, preventing damage to the power supply and any downstream components.
