The OPA171-Q1 series are 36V single-supply low-noise op amps capable of operating over a supply voltage range of 2.7V (±1.35V) to 36V (±18V). These devices feature miniature packages with low offset, low drift, low bandwidth, and low quiescent current. Single, dual, and quad versions share identical specifications, maximizing design flexibility. Unlike most op amps that are specified at only a single supply voltage, the OPAx171-Q1 series is rated for operation across the full 2.7V to 36V range. Input signals exceeding the supply rails do not cause phase reversal. The OPAx171-Q1 series remains stable with capacitive loads up to 300pF. Input signals operate normally from 100mV below the negative supply rail to 2V above the positive supply rail. The devices can operate with full rail-to-rail input voltage up to 100mV above the positive supply rail, but performance is degraded when operating within 2V of the positive supply rail. The OPAx171-Q1 op amps are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
