Overview

The OPA317 series of CMOS operational amplifiers feature precise performance and are highly cost - competitive. They belong to the zero - drift series of amplifiers that use proprietary auto - calibration technology. They have a very low offset voltage (maximum 90μV) and almost zero drift over time and temperature, with a quiescent current of only 35μA (maximum). With rail - to - rail input and output and nearly constant 1/f noise characteristics, they are ideal for many applications and easier to integrate into systems. These devices are optimized to operate at low voltages from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). The OPA317 (single - channel version) is available in three packages: SC70 - 5, SOT23 - 5, and SOIC - 8. The OPA2317 (dual - channel version) is available in two packages: VSSOP - 8 and SOIC - 8. The OPA4317 is available in two packages: standard SOIC - 14 and TSSOP - 14. All device versions are rated for an operating temperature range of - 40°C to +125°C.
