Overview

The OPAx348 series amplifiers are single-supply, low-power CMOS op amps. With 1MHz extended bandwidth and 45μA supply current, the OPAx348 series is suitable for low-power applications operating from 2.1V to 5.5V single supply. The OPAx348 series features 45μA low supply current and 0.5pA input bias current, making it ideal for low-power applications such as smoke detectors and other high-impedance sensors. The OPA348 is available in compact 5-pin SC70 (SOT), 5-pin SOT-23 (SOT), and 8-pin SO (SOIC) packages. The OPA2348 comes in 8-pin SOT-23 (SOT) and 8-pin SO (SOIC) packages, while the OPA4348 is offered in space-saving 14-pin TSSOP and 14-pin SO (SOIC) packages. An extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across the full supply range provides design flexibility.
