OPA317IDR

The OPA317 series of CMOS operational amplifiers features precise performance and is highly cost - competitive. It belongs to the zero - drift series of amplifiers that use proprietary auto - calibration technology. It has a very low offset voltage (maximum 90μV) and almost zero drift over time and temperature, with a quiescent current of only 35μA (maximum). With rail - to - rail input and output and almost constant 1/f noise characteristics, it is an ideal choice for many applications and is easier to integrate into systems. These devices are optimized for operation at low voltages from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). The OPA317 (single - channel version) is available in three packages: SC70 - 5, SOT23 - 5, and SOIC - 8. The OPA2317 (dual - channel version) is available in two packages: VSSOP - 8 and SOIC - 8. The OPA4317 is available in two packages: standard SOIC - 14 and TSSOP - 14. All device versions are rated for an operating temperature range of - 40°C to +125°C.
