The OPA355-Q1 is a high-speed voltage-feedback CMOS op amp designed for applications requiring wide bandwidth. The OPA355-Q1 is unity-gain stable and capable of driving large output currents. In addition, the OPA355-Q1 features a digital shutdown (enable) function. This feature provides power savings during idle periods and places the output in a high-impedance state to support output multiplexing. Differential gain is 0.02%, and differential phase is 0.05°. Quiescent current per channel is 8.3mA. The OPA355-Q1 is optimized for single-supply or dual-supply operation from as low as 2.5V (±1.25V) to as high as 5.5V (±2.75V). The common-mode input range of the OPA355-Q1 extends to 100mV below ground and up to 1.5V above V+. Output swing is within 100mV of the supply rails, enabling wide dynamic range. The OPA355-Q1 is available in a single SOT-23-6 package with an extended temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
