OPA4310IDR

The OPAx310 series op amps include single-channel (OPA310), dual-channel (OPA2310), and quad-channel (OPA4310) low-voltage (1.5V to 5.5V) high-output-current op amps with rail-to-rail input and output swing capability. The OPAx310S also features a very fast shutdown response, with a typical enable time of 0.9μs, enabling power savings when applications involve duty cycling of the amplifier signal chain. The OPAx310 series offers robust ESD performance and a failsafe input ESD structure with no diode connection between the input and the positive supply rail. The OPAx310 is available in power pad, standard, and small form factor packages, and features internal current-limit protection and thermal shutdown protection for enhanced robustness when operating at high output currents. The OPAx310 swings very close to the supply rails and provides a minimum short-circuit current of 75mA over the full temperature range at a 5.5V supply voltage. Output current capability can be increased by carefully paralleling multiple op amps. The OPAx310 devices are well suited for LED driver, LCD driver, laser driver, and TEC driver applications, and can also be used as reference buffers, protection amplifiers, or discrete LDOs. The robust design of the OPAx310 series helps simplify circuit design. These op amps integrate RFI and EMI rejection filters and exhibit no phase reversal under input overdriven conditions. The devices also deliver excellent AC performance with a gain bandwidth of 3MHz and capacitive load tolerance up to 250pF without sustained oscillation, enabling designers to achieve higher performance with lower power consumption.
