Overview
The OPA373 and OPA374 series op amps offer low power, low cost, excellent bandwidth (6.5MHz), and slew rate (5V/µs). The input range extends 200mV beyond the supply rails, while the output swings to within 25mV of the supply rails. With a high speed-to-power ratio and compact footprint, they are ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. The OPA373 series includes a shutdown mode. Under logic control, these amplifiers can switch from normal operation to a standby state with quiescent current below 1µA. The OPA373 and OPA374 series op amps operate from single or dual supplies rated at 2.7V to 5.5V, with an operating voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V. All versions are rated over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
