The OPAx377-Q1 series op amps are high-bandwidth CMOS amplifiers featuring ultra-low noise, low input bias current, and low offset voltage, with a quiescent current as low as 0.76mA (typical). The OPAx377-Q1 op amps are optimized for low-voltage, single-supply applications. Their excellent AC and DC performance makes them well suited for applications such as small-signal conditioning, audio, and active filters. In addition, the wide supply range and excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) make this series particularly attractive for battery-powered applications that operate without regulation. The OPA377-Q1 is available in an SOT23-5 package. The OPA2377-Q1 (dual version) comes in a mini small outline package (MSOP)-8, and the OPA4377-Q1 (quad version) comes in a TSSOP-14 package. All device versions are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
