Overview
N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET with 500A continuous current, standard-level gate drive, in LFPAK88 package. Nexperia's NextPowerS3 series, utilizing the unique SchottkyPlus technology, delivers high efficiency and low-spike performance — typically only achievable with MOSFETs integrating Schottky or Schottky-like diodes — without the drawback of high leakage current. NextPowerS3 is particularly suited for high-efficiency applications at high switching frequencies, as well as safe and reliable switching under high load currents.
