These P-channel enhancement-mode power MOSFETs are manufactured using a proprietary high cell density DMOS process. This ultra-high density technology is designed to minimize on-resistance while delivering robust, reliable performance and fast switching characteristics. They can be used with minimal effort in most applications requiring up to 180mA continuous drain current, with the capability to handle pulse currents up to 1A. These devices are particularly suited for low-voltage applications requiring low-current high-side switching.
