Overview
The SLVD324NCB TVS diode is designed to replace multilayer varistors (MLVs) in portable applications such as mobile phones, laptops, and PDAs. It features excellent electrical characteristics, including low clamping voltage, low leakage current, and high surge capability. This diode is used to protect sensitive electronic components connected to power lines against overstress caused by ESD, EFT, and lightning strikes.
