The SMBJ series is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients caused by lightning strikes and other transient voltage events.
Applications
- TVS components are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, Vcc buses, and other vulnerable circuits in telecommunications, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
