Overview
SN74AHC125Q is an automotive quad bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs. The device contains four bus buffer gates with individual line drivers that provide 3-state outputs. When the associated output-enable OE input for each output is HIGH, the output is disabled. When OE is LOW, the corresponding logic gate passes data from the A input to the Y output. To ensure a high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, OE should be connected to VCC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of this resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.
