Overview
The Enhanced ESD Discrete TVS Series provides ultra-low capacitance unidirectional and bidirectional ESD protection for the world's most demanding high-speed serial interfaces. The ultra-low capacitance enables excellent signal integrity on the most demanding consumer electronics interfaces, such as USB 3.1, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, and V-by-One. This series delivers over 22kV contact ESD protection (IEC 61000-4-2) while maintaining extremely low leakage and dynamic resistance. Available in the industry's most popular package sizes (0402 and 0201), this series sets a higher standard for signal integrity and ease of use.
