Overview
SY8308 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck DC/DC regulator capable of delivering 8A continuous output current. The device integrates both the main switch and synchronous switch with ultra-low on-resistance, designed to minimize conduction losses. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 4V to 40V. It employs a constant-on-time PWM architecture to achieve fast transient response in high step-down ratio applications while maintaining high efficiency at light loads.
