Overview
TC6291C is a current-mode boost DC-DC converter. Its PWM circuit with a built-in 0.2Ω power MOSFET delivers high power efficiency. The internal compensation network also reduces external component count by up to 6. The non-inverting input of the error amplifier is connected to a 0.6V precision reference voltage, and the internal soft-start function minimizes inrush current. TC6291C is available in a SOT23-6 package, saving PCB space in applications.
