THS2630DGKR

The THS2630 is a member of a family of fully differential input and differential output devices fabricated using Texas Instruments' advanced high-voltage complementary bipolar process. The THS2630 employs a true fully differential signal path from input to output, with high supply capability up to ±17.5 V. This design achieves excellent common-mode noise rejection (95 dB at 800 kHz) and total harmonic distortion (−108 dBc at 2ΔVₚₚ, 250 kHz). The wide supply range allows high-voltage differential signal chains to benefit from improved headroom and dynamic range without requiring separate amplifiers for each polarity of the differential signal. The THS2630 operates over a temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
