Overview
THS2630 belongs to a family of fully differential input and differential output devices manufactured using TI's advanced high-voltage complementary bipolar process. The THS2630 employs a true fully differential signal path from input to output, supporting high supply voltages up to ±17.5V. This design delivers excellent common-mode noise rejection (95dB at 800kHz) and total harmonic distortion (−108dBc at 2Vₚ₋ₚ, 250kHz). The high-voltage differential signal chain improves headroom and dynamic range across a wide supply voltage range without requiring separate amplifiers for each polarity of the differential signal. The THS2630 operates over a wide temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
