Overview
The THS413x devices belong to a family of fully differential input/differential output devices and are fabricated using an advanced high-voltage complementary bipolar process. They feature a true fully differential signal path from input to output and high supply voltages up to ±15V, delivering excellent common-mode noise rejection (95dB at 800kHz) and total harmonic distortion (-102dBc at 2VPP, 250kHz). The high-voltage differential signal chain can increase headroom and dynamic range through a wide supply voltage range, eliminating the need to add separate amplifiers for each polarity of the differential signal. They have a wide rated operating temperature range from –40°C to +85°C.
