TLE2022CP

The TLE2021, TLE2022, and TLE2024 (TLE202x) devices are precision, high-speed, low-power op amps fabricated using Texas Instruments (TI) advanced bipolar process. These devices combine the excellent characteristics of the OP21 with significantly improved slew rate and unity-gain bandwidth. The complementary bipolar process uses isolated vertical pnp transistors, which provide substantially improved unity-gain bandwidth and slew rate compared to similar devices. The combination of bias circuit integration with this process treatment results in parameters that are extremely stable over time and temperature. As a result, a precision device remains a precision device even as temperature varies and operating life increases. The outstanding DC performance of these devices, combined with a common-mode input voltage range that includes the negative supply rail, makes them ideal for low-level signal conditioning applications in single-supply or split-supply configurations. In addition, these devices feature a phase-reversal protection circuit that eliminates unexpected output state changes when either input falls below the negative supply rail. Multiple available options include small-outline package and chip carrier versions for high-density system applications. Devices with suffix C operate over a temperature range of 0℃ to 70℃. Devices with suffix I operate over a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
