TLV62568APDRLT

TLV62568A and TLV62569A are synchronous step-down DC/DC converters optimized for high efficiency and compact solution size. The devices integrate a switch with output current up to 2A. Across the entire load range, the devices operate in PWM mode at a 1.5MHz switching frequency. In shutdown, quiescent current is reduced to below 2μA. An internal soft-start circuit limits inrush current during startup. Additional built-in features include output overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and power-good output. The devices are available in a SOT563 package.
