Overview

The TLV703XXDBVR-MS series is a family of LDO regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout, low quiescent current, and compact packaging. With a quiescent current as low as 2µA, the TLV703XXDBVR-MS is particularly well-suited for battery-powered and long-duration standby applications, helping reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extending standby time and battery life. An EN pin variant is available for the TLV703XXDBVR-MS; pulling the EN pin low enables shutdown mode, in which quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The TLV703XXDBVR-MS series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and an output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
