Overview

The TLV743XXPDBVR-MS series is a family of low-dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. The TLV743XXPDBVR-MS offers an ultra-low quiescent current of 2uA, making it particularly well-suited for battery-powered and long-term standby system applications. It helps reduce system standby power consumption, effectively extending standby time and battery life. The TLV743XXPDBVR-MS is available in a version with an EN enable pin. Pulling the EN pin low puts the device into shutdown mode, where quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The TLV743XXPDBVR-MS series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and the entire output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
