The TLV930x series is a 40V cost-optimized operational amplifier series. These devices feature excellent general DC and AC specifications, including rail-to-rail output, low offset voltage (±0.5mV typical), low temperature drift (±2μV/°C typical), and 1MHz bandwidth. The convenient features of the TLV930x, such as a wide differential input voltage range, high output current (±60mA), and high slew rate (3V/μs), make it a reliable operational amplifier suitable for high-voltage cost-sensitive applications. The TLV930x series operational amplifiers come in standard packages and are rated for an operating temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
