TPS51362RVET

The TPS51362 is a high-voltage input synchronous converter with integrated FETs, based on the DCAP-2™ control topology for fast transient response with support for POSCAP and all-MLCC output capacitors. It provides the highest-density solution for single-output power rails such as VCCIO and VDDQ for DDR notebook memory, or any point-of-load (POL) application. A key feature is ULQ™-100 mode for low quiescent current (100μA in low-power mode, enabled by LP#), helping to extend battery life during system standby. The feature set includes 800kHz switching frequency, soft-start time settable via external capacitor, automatic skip mode, pre-biased startup, integrated bootstrap switch, power good, enable, and a comprehensive suite of fault protection mechanisms including OCL, UVP, OVP, 5V UVLO, and thermal shutdown. Offered in a 3.5mm×4.5mm, 0.4mm ball pitch, 28-pin QFN (RVE) package, rated for an operating temperature range of -10°C to 85°C.
