TPS54525PWP

TPS54525 is an adaptive on-time D-CAP2™ mode synchronous buck converter. It helps system designers create power bus regulators for a wide range of end equipment using a low-cost, low-component-count solution with low standby current. The main control loop employs D-CAP2™ mode control, achieving ultra-fast transient response without external compensation components. Proprietary circuitry also enables the device to work with low ESR output capacitors such as POSCAP or SP-CAP, as well as ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors. The operating input voltage VIN ranges from 4.8V to 18V. The output voltage is programmable between 0.76V and 5.5V. Features include an adjustable soft-start time and a power-good function. Available in a 14-pin thermal HTSSOP package, designed for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
