The TPS549A20 is a compact synchronous buck converter featuring adaptive on-time D-CAP3 control mode. This device simplifies power system designs in space-constrained applications while minimizing external component count. The device integrates high-performance MOSFETs, a precision 0.6V reference, and an integrated boost switch.
