TPS562208DDCR

The TPS562201 and TPS562208 are easy-to-use 2A synchronous buck converters in a SOT-23 package. These devices are optimized to operate with a minimum number of external components while achieving low standby current. These SMPS devices employ D-CAP2 mode control to provide fast transient response and support low-ESR output capacitors such as high-polymer capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors without requiring external compensation components. The TPS562201 can operate in pulse-skip mode to maintain high efficiency during light-load operation. The TPS562201 and TPS562208 are available in a 6-pin 1.6mm×2.9mm SOT (DDC) package with a rated junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
