TPS62088YWCR

The TPS6208xx device family is a high-frequency synchronous buck converter optimized for small solution size and high efficiency. The device supports an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, compatible with common battery technologies. The converter operates in PWM mode under medium-to-high load conditions and automatically enters power-save mode at light loads, maintaining high efficiency across the full load current range. The forced PWM version maintains CCM operation at any load. The 4MHz switching frequency allows the device to use small external components. The device features DCS-Control architecture, excellent load transient performance, and output regulation accuracy. Additional integrated features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, active output discharge, and power good. The device is available in a 6-pin WCSP package.
