The TPS735-Q1 low-dropout (LDO), low-power linear regulator series products can provide excellent AC performance while ensuring extremely low ground current. They can offer high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, fast startup, and excellent line and load transient responses, while consuming an extremely low typical ground current of 46μA. The TPS735-Q1 series devices remain stable when used with ceramic capacitors. Moreover, these devices use an advanced BiCMOS manufacturing process, which can produce a typical dropout voltage of 280mV at an output current of 500mA. The TPS735-Q1 series devices use a precision voltage reference and a feedback loop to achieve an overall accuracy of 2% (including all load, line, process, and temperature variations, VOUT > 2.2V). The devices in this series are rated for a TA range of -40°C to 125°C and are available in a thin 3mm×3mm VSON package.
