The SM8S series TVS diodes feature an SMTO-263 package with modified leads. They protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transient events caused by lightning strikes and inductive load switching.

Applications

• TVS components are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC buses, and other vulnerable circuits in telecommunications, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
