Overview
TSZ151 and TSZ152 are single and dual-channel operational amplifiers featuring ultra-low offset voltage with near-zero drift over temperature. These devices offer rail-to-rail input and output, with an excellent power-to-speed ratio — a gain bandwidth product of 1.6 MHz while consuming only 210 μA at 5 V supply. They also feature ultra-low input bias current. These characteristics make the TSZ151 and TSZ152 ideal for high-precision sensor interface applications.
