Overview
TX4132L is a wide-voltage-input synchronous buck DC-DC converter with an integrated 60V/5A power MOSFET, supporting a maximum input voltage of 55V. It features low standby power consumption, high efficiency, low ripple, excellent line regulation and load regulation, and supports high-current output up to 3A or above. It also supports both constant voltage output and constant current output. The device employs a fixed-frequency PWM control scheme with a typical switching frequency of 140KHz, and automatically reduces the switching frequency under light-load conditions to achieve high conversion efficiency. Integrated soft-start, over-temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, and current limiting protection enhance system reliability. Packaged in ESOP8, with the exposed thermal pad connected to the VIN pin.
