Overview
TX4137 is a monolithic step-down switching mode converter with an integrated power MOSFET. The device delivers 0.6A peak output current over a wide 5.5-60V input voltage range with excellent line and load regulation. It operates in PWM current mode, enabling easy loop stabilization and fast transient response. The product integrates protection features including cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown, comes in a SOT23-6 package, and requires minimal external components.
