1. Leave 10 empty pockets at both the beginning and end of each reel; seal the tail end with masking tape. 2. After filling the reel with products, wind one additional round of protective tape, seal it with masking tape, and affix 1 material label. 3. Stack every 10 reels as one set (3,000 pieces total) and pack into 1 outer carton. 4. Handle with care during transportation. 5. Do not stack too high during transit (maximum 1.8 meters); do not apply heavy pressure. 6. Drop test conditions: finished goods carton free-falls from a height of 1.2 meters (1 corner, 3 edges, 6 faces): a. Products must not escape from the carrier tape pockets. b. Products must show no impact damage or deformation. c. Inner packaging materials must not be severely damaged.
