U0138 is a high-frequency, synchronous rectification, step-down switching mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It delivers a compact solution across a wide input supply range, capable of 1.5A peak output current with excellent load and line regulation. The device requires minimal external components and is available in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
