Overview
The U3502C is a high-voltage step-down switching regulator with an integrated MOSFET. It integrates a high-side high-voltage power MOSFET with a typical current limit of 3A (IPK). Its wide input voltage range supports various buck applications, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and lighting applications. Hysteretic voltage-mode control is adopted for fast transient response. A proprietary feedback control scheme minimizes the number of required external components. The 150KHz switching frequency helps achieve compact component size. Thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection (SCP) provide reliable, fault-tolerant operation. Low quiescent current makes the U3502C suitable for battery-powered applications. The U3502C is available in an ESOP-8 package with an exposed thermal pad.
