Overview
The XC6206PXXXPR-MS series are high ripple rejection, low quiescent current, low dropout CMOS linear voltage regulators with overcurrent and short-circuit protection. These devices feature a very low quiescent current (8.0μA Typ.), capable of delivering 250mA output current at minimal input-to-output voltage differentials while maintaining excellent regulation. Due to the small input-to-output voltage differential and low quiescent current, these devices are particularly suited for battery-powered applications where extended battery life is desired, such as computers, consumer products, and industrial equipment.
