Overview
A monolithic IC specifically designed for boost and buck-boost topologies, operating within a DC 5V to 40V input voltage range, with low ripple and integrated power MOSFET. Built-in fixed-frequency oscillator and frequency compensation circuitry simplify circuit design. The PWM control loop provides linear duty cycle adjustment from 0 to 90%. Features built-in overcurrent protection and EN pin logic-level shutdown function.
