Overview
XL9023 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification buck DC-DC switching converter with a fixed 120KHz switching frequency and an output current capability of up to 4A. The device supports a wide input voltage range of 5V to 40V and up to 100% duty cycle output. An integrated loop compensation module helps reduce external component count, lowering system cost and saving PCB space. The XL9023 integrates thermal shutdown protection, output current limiting protection, and short-circuit protection. When short-circuit protection is activated, the switching frequency is reduced from 120KHz to approximately 30KHz.
