Overview

The AFE7071 is a dual-channel 14-bit 65MSPS Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with an integrated, programmable fourth-order baseband filter and an analog quadrature modulator. It includes additional digital signal processing functions, such as a quadrature modulator correction circuit, to provide local oscillator (LO) and sideband suppression capabilities. It has a cross-coupled 14-bit 1.8V to 3.3V CMOS input. It provides a 20MHz RF signal bandwidth with an RF output frequency range between 100MHz and 2.7GHz. It comes in a 7mm x 7mm 48-pin QFN package. It can operate over the entire industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
