Overview
BD2204GUL is a high-end switch IC with two built-in MOSFET circuits. The on-resistance reaches 120mΩ (typical). The 3.3V and 1.8V power supplies for memory cards can be selected via the SEL pin. In addition, it integrates a simultaneous turn-on prevention function during power switching, a reverse current protection function to prevent reverse current flow from output to input during power-off, and a discharge circuit for releasing charge at the output.
