Overview
BL2556 is an adjustable current-limiting threshold USB interface output protection IC designed for 5V applications. It integrates overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage protection. When the output experiences overcurrent, short-circuit, or startup with large capacitive loads, it limits the current output to protect the upstream power supply.
