BR25H640-2C is a serial EEPROM with SPI bus interface.
Key features
- High-speed clock operation up to 10MHz.
- Wait function via HOLDB pin.
- Partial or full memory array programmable as read-only region.
- 2.5V to 5.5V single-supply operation, ideal for battery-powered applications.
- Page write mode for easy initial value programming at factory shipment.
- Compatible with SPI bus interface (CPOL, CPHA) = (0, 0), (1, 1) modes.
- Self-timed programming cycle.
- Low operating current: typical 1.1mA for write operation (5V); typical 1.0mA for read operation (5V); typical 0.1μA for standby operation (5V).
- Auto-increment address during read operation.
- Write protection against inadvertent writes: write inhibit on power-up; write inhibit via instruction code (WRDI); write inhibit via WPB pin; write-protected block setting via status register (BP1, BP0); inadvertent write prevention at low voltage.
- Available in TSSOP-B8, SOP8, and SOP-J8 packages.
- Factory default state: memory contents FFh, status register WPEN, BP1, BP0 set to 0.
- Data retention exceeding 100 years.
- Write/erase endurance exceeding 1,000,000 cycles.
- AEC-Q100 qualified.
