DAC63004RTER

The 12-bit DAC63004 and 10-bit DAC53004 (DACx3004) are a pin-compatible series of ultra-low-power, quad-channel, buffered, voltage-output and current-output smart digital-to-analog converters (DACs). These DACx3004 devices support a high-impedance power-down mode and provide high-impedance outputs when powered down. The DAC outputs offer a force-sense option and can be used as programmable comparators and current sinks. Multi-function GPIOs, function generation, and NVM make these smart DACs suitable for processorless applications and design reuse. These devices automatically detect I2C, PMBus, and SPI interfaces and include an internal reference. The combination of these feature sets with a tiny package and ultra-low power makes these smart DACs ideal for bias, calibration, and waveform generation in land mobile radios, pulse oximeters, laptops, and other battery-powered applications.
