Overview
EG2226 is a cost-effective full-bridge gate driver IC with integrated logic signal input processing, UVLO, lockout, level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits. The EG2226 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, a wide low-side VCC supply range of 10V~20V, and low quiescent current consumption. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of output power transistors. The HIN and LIN input channels include built-in 250K pull-down resistors to keep both high- and low-side power MOSFETs off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is I0+/-Δ 0.6/1.0A. Available in SSOP16 package.
