Overview
A high cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated for high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs, integrating logic signal input processing, level shift, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits internally, designed specifically for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The high-side operating voltage reaches up to 650V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 5V~20V and a quiescent current of approximately 170μA. The input channels HIN and LIN feature built-in 250kΩ pull-down resistors, ensuring both the high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is IO+/IO- 2.5A/2.5A, housed in a SOP8 package.
